When Will They Be Stopped ripoff

My mortgage was orginally with Ameriquest. Never had any problems with them. I recieved a letter from AMC that on July 20th my loan would be transferred to Ocwen. I called Ocwen on the 21st to see where to send my payments. They told me that they didn't have my account in the system yet and for me to allow atleast 10 days. I told them my payment would be late if I don't send it in by the 2nd. They told me, "You'll be fine"!

Okay.

Long story short. My first statment from them stated I owed $2100.00. Which I do not. I called them about it, and the first non-american I talked to (His name was David, no dout) told me it was for an escow account. I advised him, that I did not have an escrow account. My house insurance was paid through June and my house taxes was paid as well. He told me that it was there policy that I had to have it. I told him, he could not change my original contract with AMC. I actually was hatefully to him, as he was to me. He told me to fax over a copy of the policy and receipt from my taxes and everything would be okay.

So I did. And guess what! I had to fax it on 3 different occasions. I called and talked to someone else who told me I would still have to pay $2100.00 or they could start foreclosure. They started talking to me about the forberance agreement. They faxed it over to me and I couldn't believe that bull crap. I might be a little dingy sometimes, but I am not supid. WHAT! Well, I haven't signed it. I don't owe them this money and from what I have read on here, if I pay it, they will just keep doing this to me.

I've only been in my home for 2 years. And have a good bit of equity in it. I'm not sure what to do. Any advise from anyone would be helpful.
