Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

The whole experience was pretty similar to those of the other people who got conned. I got an offer by mail to apply for a credit card with 4000$. I called them and they asked for details and promised the credit card within 21 days. Haven't got it yet. Lost my processing fees of 200$. They have changed their 800 number and now all I get to hear is a recorded message saying 'Customer service operation is temporarily out of order...'Beware of this group. After reading the reports on this site it seems they keep on appearing with the different names everytime. SouvikEnfield, Connecticut
