I was told i can cacel asap i got my packet in the mail i did that that day. And they still took 149.00 out of my account

I was told i was getting 5.000 credit limit, but was not told it was a internet card. They told me i can cancel asap i got the packet in the mail. And so i did that and called and cancel by phone. They still took out 149.00 member fees. I have not recived my money. It been 5 weeks now. I think they are giving out my account to other companys because i had other money coming out of my account for other credit company. Please help
