Deceitful and Greedy ripoff

I had to file Bankruptcy in 2000 because I lost my job, my spouse had cancer and I had 3 children to support.in 2005 I was forced to sell my home. With the proceeds of the sale I made settlement offers to all my creditors as instructed by my attorney.

ALL of my creditors accepted the offers, except one. National Loan Recoveries, LLC.instead they had an attorney, Herbert A Rosenthal Chartered file a law suit. I had advised numerous times in writing what I could afford and still it was not acceptable. I sent a payment every month dispite the fact that I have little spending money.

This attorney then files a law suit and deliberately airs my personal business by having legal papers served on me during my son's birthday party whereby the process server (who was abusive and rude) announces the situation so the neighborhood can hear what is going on. The end result was that my offer of a settlement was not good eough nor were the payments I was making.

So my wages were garnished and now I will be forced in to taking drastic action to alleviate the debt. Greed is the factor here. Using intimidation and embarassing tactics to elicit money is the method of business for NATIONAL LOAN RECOVERIES AND HERBERT A ROSENTHAL CHARTERED.
