Give and create bad credit reports does not repond to customers requests Dallas Texas

It all started when my mortagage was sold to this company. It began with Sebring Capital which sold out to Homingcomings Financial without notice or even a choice of the matter. The begining payments went to Sebring and was made to them on time until out of the blue comes this company and first of all sends a letter telling me they are now the mortgage holders and you're 2 payments late which were made to Sebring on time but payments were never posted to their records. And had proof at that time of payment. Trying to investagate where my payment went.

While being late with those three payments I've been fighting against foreclosure for almost as long as they've had my mortgage. They have destroyed my credit ratings. I've tried unsucessfully to get refi but with their reportings to bureausthat has wiped that out. Don't talk about equity. With all said and done since buying this housether is equity and I've been put into a situation that calls for an attorney and I'm ready to join the wagontrain. Just tell me what needs to be done.
