Orchard bank credit card company ripoff - orchard bank crooks! Not posting mailed payments until they are late! Ripoff

This is the sedond time in the 6 months i have had my orchard bank card that they have claimed the post office 'lost' my payment check. Yeah, right. The last time it happened, they said they woudl fix my doubled interest rate and remove the additional fees if i faxed a copy of the money order, now they are saying that they will not remove or change anything and the late fees and status are staying and that i need to make a late payment when i sent it in 10 days ago! They then insisted i did not and there was no proof. I said i had a money order from my bank with a date and apparently that was not good enough. I am closing this account. They are criminals. They claim that they can help you re establish credit when all they do is make it impossible by screwing you sans lube to make an extra buck. I work in an industry where people come to me all the time for financial advice and ways to improve their credit to buy a home and hit is one company i will never refer them to. They make providian look like saints.
