USA CREDIT ripoff unauthorized charge of 149.95 taken out of my bank account

This company USA CREDIT took out 149.99 out of my bank account without my authorization. My husband said the only online credit form he filled out was for the discovery card and that somehow they either gave away bank information or USA bought information. Regardless this was unauthorized. What scammers, I hope they are shut down but it seems they are still up and running. Supposedly they are crediting my acct. Within 72hrs. I had a 3 way conversation with my credit union on the line and they said they would refund the money. If not, then I will let the bank go after them and I will file a fraud complaint.
