Ripoff not returning my escrowed plus appraisal, Inspection. Deniel letter from bank

I, am first time buyer with my husband. We where referred by Maria Castillo, to Viviana Ortiz, which is the realtor which as today is a nightmare. Today is Aug 2.- since June 3 we signed for the escrowed 3,000 plus the apprasial 325.00 and Inspection 225.00 plus a job that Viviana had siad she need to make-up for cause I, am pending on SSI.

So she said that she, ll take care for the assocation, and the side job which she Viviana charged me 300.00 in cash. I was, nt approved from the bank first of all so dicided to play me off with different good faith to as soon as possible to trick me off and on until today. They have, nt sent me the deneial letter plus no calls on case Need help on this case please if you can today I called theme at the office still nothing.
