Ripoff, numerous phone calls from Ken Hughes

I have received two phone calls on the last three days from Ken Hughes. I have received numerous phone calls before, then they stopped. Now I'm getting calls again.
I have never talked to him or returned the phone calls. I have read many of the reports on this website. I can't find that Merchants has an office in Missouri. What is the best way to go about stopping these phone calls?
