Be aware! Www.VAYACARD.com - I was the perfect client, direct depositing my paychecks into a pre-paid account for over 2 1/2 years every 2 weeks. I paid my FEE to use their service and get my Mastercard (now that should be a 50 cent cost plus a stamp!!!) PRE-PAID card as well monthly $5.99 fee and ATM fees and billlpay fees. Well, suddenly I had one merchant decide to DOUBLE-CHARGE me $49.99,3 days before the 4th of July! So there went my entertainment money and money for fireworks and fun for the kids! No joke. Well, I talked to the merchant and then VAYACARD "Customer Service" (I.E.= A bunch of East-coast 18 year olds with ZERO knowledge of the industry and anything dealing with credit/debit cards!!!) at least 10-20 times in 3 days. 9 e-mails (including replies stating "we do everything for our client and guarantee satisfaction"), 7 phone-calls and 4 faxes. And nothing happened. Up until this very moment, 1 month later, nothing has happened. Zero "temporary credit" as they promised and zero resolution. I ask: What if this was $200 or $1000 dollars???
I have given up on these guys an their flippin' AUTOMATED crap. Enough is enough! I know there is a jackass/fat F*K sitting somewhere capitalizing on the "UN-BANKED" clients... Well, guess what? I am done with you!
I am not UN-BANKED any more! I went to my local Bank and they HELPED ME OUT PERSON TO PERSON!
Never underestimate yourself when it comes to ChexSystems and what you can do talking to someone. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
They will never help you when you have a problem.
