All the bad reports on this card are FOR REAL!!! This card is a joke. I tried to use it "DECLINE"... Very embarassing at the store. Does not matter what number you call, or how many times. OUTSOURCING from PANAMA!!! That is why all reps have a heavy accent. Tried to close my account, just got a lady to try to get me to keep it. I said at least 10 times, " I want to close the account."

BIG JOKE FOR US residents and all who need a job in the US.
