I hired them did not realize how much or how long it would take. I canceled same day. They took my money abyway. I've contacted them more than once and they still refuse to give my money back

I hired this company to bring my creadit up. Once i paid the 100 dollars i went onto there site and found that it was going to cost a lot more than i had at the time. I canceled same day asking that they not take the monies from my account. 3 days later they took the monies. I called them they told me to send a copy of the cancelling. I did twice yet they still refuse to pay it back it caused me to bounce checks and only made my creadit worse.
