Rip Off ripoff havent received any info but my check was cashed

I sent $45 for a work at home program and put a rush on the materials on both ends. It has been about 3 weeks and I havent received anything new. But my check has been cashed.

I got the ad from a newspaper called the Metro. Is anyone else having the same problem with the same company?
