Ripoff very upset bunch of jerks

I just recently got an unauthorized debit on my bank account, and found out it was this horrid company. The supposed debit was moved from a prior date and never was "recorded" in the computer and is a problem on their side. I spoke to a lady named Cathy, ext 0019, but yet again, I heard, "My manager is out of town and will be back tomorrow." I felt so used, since I had never been scammed before. I really, really, really, hope that this company gets what they deserve. How can they sleep at night, knowing that they are ruining people's lives. I also got bank charges for NSF. I am going to my bank today to see if there is absolutely anything that can be done.
