Cathy Customer Service Ext#0019 ripoff I talked to Tom he was'nt honest about the Ameritrust Credit Card Cathy said she would cancel on Monday

Hi, someone called me friday about a credit card to help me rebuild my credit. They said I qualfied for a $2000.00 credit card with a 8.9% interest rate. They never said one word about purchasing items from a catalog or from your website until after they got my banking info.

I called them right back and told them I did not want this credit card. Cathy told me to call back Monday morning and she would cancel my card because I wasn't in the system yet. I called Sunday and left a message on Cathy's extension to cancel my card.

I called again Monday and I was unable to transfer over to Cathy's EXTENSION. I did talk to a girl who said she cannot cancel me out but she would have to charge me $35.00 cancellation fees. Well it is TUESDAY morning THE 4TH of JUlY and they have taken the $200 out of my bank account. It was not supposed to come out until the 5TH of the month.

I'm sending this email to my Attorney General, and to Your Attorney General and I'm going to get you people shut down you are nothing but low life people who feed off of the low income and poor people who can't afford to have you steal our money. I am also sending this email to Ameritrust so they are aware that you are putting their company into a bad situation. They may not care. I'm going to be very vocal about this. This is nothing more than a scam to rip off the poorest of the poor.

If my $200.00 is not put back into my account you will have a lawsuit on your hands.
