Ripoff dishonest threatening billing and phone calls

Received phone calls from their collection agency with threats and sly commnents. I am a 60 year old white female and the only one working in the family. My husband is unemployed. I have not heard from these "characters" for years and then I get terrible
degrading phone calls that harrass me and also they threaten to "get the money" no matter what my financial hardship is. They also are vulgar and very disrepectful to the senior citizens whom they try to lure us to their way of thinking.

I will never pay them what I owe them because they are tacking on late charges over and over again. The account was opened up in 2001 and here it is 2006. I demand a class action suit against this lewd company as soon as possible.
