Fraudulent charges dirived from false advertising california

My report is about requesting a free credit report from consumerinfo.com which I received through the mail. A credit card # was required by us for this information with consumerinfo.com's promise that (again) there would be no charge for the credit report. There was no further correspondences with consumerinfo.com at all after the initial free credit report sent to us.

Then upon receiving my credit card statement there were charges of $79.95 for some credit services supposedly rendered unto us which we had no knowledge of, nor were notified that ther would be, nor did or would have authorized, if we had been informed that this credit report would ultimately cost us $79.95.

Therefore we feel that consumerinfo.com has illegally, deceitfully, & cunningly stolen from us by fraudulent demise & would like to see criminal indictments imposed upom them & that they would be stopped in their fraudulent activities once & for all citizens who have been inflicted by their demise.

I think that I will contact the U.S. Justice dept. Attorney General John Ashcroft. This was & is totally clear criminal behavior by consumerinfo.com.
