Fairbanks had lost our money order and when they sold our loan to GMAC and a year later the money was cashed. Now we owe $918.00 to the postal service where we had got the money order.

GMAC is wanting to do a deed and lew?

What will we owe in the end since our loan has been sold three times?

GMAC knows the shape of the house and the mold issue, because they have broken into it. They have changed the locks and broken in through windows and have destroyed what was left of our life. They have been caught in the act twice. The police have been called twice already from them braking in. The police said it was a civil issue and nothing has been done about it. GMAC has taken our life savings, our retirement, our children's memory's, and left us with nothing.

Had they not taken our retirement we could have fixed the roof as well as the pool. We have pictures of the pool.

Fairbanks and GMAC have ruined my family and our credit.

Just because we have gone through hard times and been late at times on our payments does not cause a company to take all of your life savings and we left because GMAC has taken all of our life savings that we couldn't fix the roof. Nor could we could get a loan to even try to get the roof fixed.

We moved out because our granddaughter has server mold allergies. She stayed sick all the time from the roof leaking causing mold to grow in the house. We had to spend hundreds of dollars on medical bills due to the mold
