Ripoff charging for late fees when paid on time and states it takes 24 hours to process so it makes your payment late even if you pay it on time consumer fraud ripoff

Direct merchants bank ripp off late fee charges...

I sent payment in and tryed to make payment on time, but they say if they recieved it on the dure date it is still late or if you pay it by phone on the same day due it takes 24 hours to process so you will still be late!!! Rip off and you will be charges $34.95 for being late even if your not. And when you try to pay on line there service doesnt work or shuts you off, so you will be late and get charged a late fee again.

So beware of direct merchants bank and cedit cards and there employees love to get you upset
