Ripoff Messed up 20 years of planning

Three weeks ago I ran my free credit report only to fine out for the second year in a row ASC had reported me to the credit bureau. Upon noticing this I called ASC to find out why and was told that I had one thirty day late in February.

I was never informed of this, I am not disagreeing with the finding either.

During, February I had lost mail, nine of my creditors didn't receive payment and just like ASC I called them and resent checks for the full amounts and no one else reported me to the credit bureau.

Two of the four ASC payments made it to ASC. I make a living by my credit score and ASC has ruined it without informing me. They have over charged me with late penalties and suspended my account for no reason. They have called my home at 8 A.M. Saturday morning trying to collect on a debt, and had received the payment already.

Any suggestions as to what I need to do? This is not every thing that ASC has done, this is just the latest.
