Making money off the backs of its new associates

I have read the posts on this site about United American and now I am about to give you guys my 2 cents as well.

I worked for UA a couple of years ago in Memphis, TN. I started out as a field agent and I quickly became a top agent for the company.

Well, it turns out that when I was in training, my branch manager had signed up a lady for a medicare supplement plan. This lady did not get the coverage because she had some pre-existing conditions she did not disclose to us.

Anyway, something happened, I am not sure what, but my manager and I had to write statements regarding the events that took place on this sale. Now remember, I was in training at the time and the events that transpired because of this occured about 4 months into my employment with UA.

So I get a letter in the mail stating that my contract had been terminated with UA and that I would not recieve any commissions for my hard work and sales to the company.

As far as my manager at the time, the one who signed her up, well he is still there..

So you see it is not about drive and talent that hinders those in this business from making it. It is the uneducated, hustling masses that throw others to the wolves in order to make their quick buck. I was a top salesman for the company and I got f&*^%$ out of a lot of money because of my manager.

Now I have moved onto a job that is much more respectible, I figured if I spent years of my life in higher education as well as service to my country in the military, I owed it to myself to have a career that required more than the ability to exist in the human body until the age of 18.

I'm sure you will tell me mine was an isolated experience... But I will go ahead and tell you ahead of time to kiss my a* I was a far better salesman than any of you suckers who boast they make 6 figures with the company. Personally I thought most of the people who worked for UA were a bunch of rednecks.
