I have been getting calls from Merchant Credit Guide. They are inoging calls because they can not legally collect it. The statue of limitation for open account is 3 years in my state and legally they can not collect it by sueing me or harassing me to pay.

If this is happening to you check your state statue of limitation for open account. Do not pay any of this money to them.

They can not collect it after the statue of limitation is up.
