Ripoff, they took my money

I went to this website and filled out the information and they called me the next day and said that in order for me to get my loan of 10,000 dollars that I would have to send them 2500.00 so i did not thinking, They call me the next day and said that the lender changed his mind and that I could not get my refund until the 23rd of june. Well it is now the 28th of june and I have yet to see anything.
