Ripoff, stole money, lied

In May we received a call stating that we were approved for a $25,000.00 loan. That due to the recent credit history they were asking for a collateral payment of 2500.00. So we were faxed a ligitimate loan request that will hold up in court. So we signed and faxed the signed application back. We money gramed them 2500.00 to Canada. They then informed us that we would recieve the money within 24hours. When 24 hours was up we recieved NOTHING so I called them and they then informed me that the accounts payable rejected the loan. We wanted are refund back so they said it will be in our account by June 16.
As of today we have not seen the loan or even given are hard earned money back in our account.
