Phone Payment Made Three Hours Late, Full $1,200 Interest Charged

We are very disgusted with GE Money Bank; due to the fact while I was trying to fight this with phone calls, they put a derogatory report on my credit which has severely damaged my credit. This may take months to repair. HOW ARE THEY IN BUSINESS??? Final result: had to pay the interest to get a new loan on my house and I still have credit lawyers calling me stating that my bill is still not payed off. WHAT KIND OF ORGANIZATION ARE THEY RUNNING OVER THERE???
