Ripoff Sends Credit Cards for them only you have to buy over 500.00 in order to not get charged 200.00 activation

They send you an approved credit card. It is 199.00 to activate the card but, if you charge over 500.00 they will give you credit for the 200.00. They also say they will give you 200.00 credit if you order over 300.00 on something else. Annual membership is 199.00. They offer cash on demand from 20.00 to 150.00 interest free for up to 30 days. They said I was approved for 6,500.00 credit. You have to pay 30 per cent down. Sounds like a major rip off to me!
