The offer sounds too good to be true. A 6500 dollar credit limit, no annual fees, no limit and cash on demand. I received a card that looks real, except there is no VISA, American Express, Discover, etc. Logo to tie it to a valid credit card system. Pay the fee of 199 dollars and they will "activate" the card.
