I had an account with them for years. The other day I decided to open a "separate" account with them for business puposes.

I had a $150 in my old account with $75 in pending charges. When I opened the new account, those charges went to the new account. I thus moved $100 from my old account to cover the charges. Low and behold, I got hit with $165 in overdraft fees! Now my new account is overdrawn by $139 (did I mention that they moved my remaining balance to my new account without my OK?).

I am going to talk to them on Monday to get it straightened out, but not real happy with the whole thing and will post a follow-up next week.
