Will debit your account before it posts your deposits, then charge you $25 to cover the transaction

Instead of having a cut-off time for their banking day like other banks I've dealt with, this credit union likes to post all your debit transactions first on Fridays, THEN post your deposit, minus $25 for each transaction they had to "cover" for you before they posted your paycheck. I mean, how many people DON'T get paid on Fridays?
