They mispresented the fact that this was an implied visa/mastercard, they want me to give $300 to open a credit account. Ripoff

The first lady on the line said I qualified for a credit card of up to $5000 dollars. She spoke in ambiguous terms stating that I would be receiving a credit card in the mail. She claimed that this card was used to make purchases.

If I wanted a $1000 advance, all I would have to do was call the 866.347.6671 and they would deposit this on my card. I asked them how this was possible. If that was true then how would they be able to secure this deposit. She didn't know. I told her about usacomplaints.com incident that I had found about her company, she seemed genuinely surprised about it, she even went on the website to look at it.
