Email Spam, Website has either spyware of uses cookies to track your internet use Orange City

I have been keeping close track of spam I receive, cookies, and spyware. As of, yesterday I now have proof that these goofy emails I receive are from who else but Ameriquest. We finally got refinanced and was able to pay Ameriquest off. (we also learned from our court house that they were days away from taking our house even though we cured our default momths before, but that is another story) Its been two months and we are yet to receive our escrow refund.

I had just ran my spyware software and cleaned everything off. I went to Ameriquest's website to check on the refund and as of midnight starting receiving the following emails AGAIN. When I was in deep with Amerquest and visiting and emailing them often I would get a dozen of these a day. Since I dont use their website at all much anymore I stopped getting this type of email The funny thing is... My husband and I are not Dave and we do not live in Arizona and are not looking for a mortgage.

I thnk once again Ameriquest needs their hands and faces slapped with another lawsuit - this one for sending spam.
