U S Bank
Us bank takes money from account with no showing transaction Ripoff

Business & Finance

The issue I have been having is my checking account will match the banks down to the cent. I write down all transactions and again I match exact with the bank. But if I have alot of transactions take place money mysteriously comes up missing. Again I will have the exact same transactions as the bank, nothing pending and it has been anywhere from a $20.00-$80.00 missing, and cannot be accounted for. This isn't the only bank I've had it happen at. The other bank was washington mutual and they went back as far as they could go on the account and couldn't figure out what happened. Needless to say I closed the account. But with them over the course of 2 years they stole over 1,000. I know people that have had the same thing happen to them at us bank and the bank wouldn't help them at all. They have stated to me and my friends that it's our fault, somehow we made the error even though everything matches up with the banks records except the missing money. At times it will cause us to have overdraft fees, and they were kind enough to refund that but nothing else.

How do banks scam your money with no transaction of it??? Please respond if you have had a similar problem.
