Customer curtisity, ripoff Nationwide

Well, my ripoff started because of my husband. The goverment froze our checking account, it takes 45 days for the frozen funds to be removed by the goverment. Thats the background!!!

The bank did not notify me of the freeze for two weeks after the fact. So of-course I went about business as usaual. As a curtisity the bank paid all of the checks and charges from my account. The clincher is they charged me $30 NSF charge for each debit from the account.

Once the original amount of money that was in the account was removed the bank started charging me a $30 fee for overdrawn account.in the end of a 45 day period I was in debit to the bank for $628.00 of which they actually paid out from my checks $230.00. So not only did the goverment get the inital ballance BB and T capitalized on our downfall by about $400.00.

I tried to rebute these charges, however they claim it is just a curtisity to there customers. So now I am unable to get a checking account ANYWHERE do to there curtisity.

I truely believe there only curtisity was to themselves.
