Ripoff They took money from my account and we still can not use card and they say we owe alot to them

They said that i was aproved for a $300 but we only got $150. We have paid our payments and now we can not use the card and we know owe them $454. We now have more to pay then what we wrer able to even get. I wish this could be stopped. Now we have another thing that will go against us instead of helping us like they said they would.
