Con artist need to file class action suite to bring them down

My fiance & i were taken in by their false promise ofcredit freedom. They promised a great program with allthe trimmings. She called to find out more about theprogram and they asked for her credit card number, checkcard, before, even explaining the program. She told themat this point we weren't in the market for a new creditcard afterall and hung up. 2 weeks later we went to deposit money into her acct. Atthe local bank & her balance report came out $200.00short. We reviewed the acct. At the bank that day with a clerk. She informed us that cca membership had been charged toher card. I being a man slow to anger was extremelyticked off. (to put it nicely) we immediately went home totell cca to shove it in their collective holes and theytold her that nothing could be done about the transactionbecause it had already been run. We then demand that her supervisor review the acct. Andfix the problem. He listened to a mysteriously recordedtape of her calling and it showed no sign of herdisagreeing. I myself demand to hear the recording andwas unceremoniosly left with a cold feeling. Theywouldn't produce the recording for us. Joshua w. Chambersauburn, new york
