Deceptive Upgrades Fradulent Billing Ripoff

Purchased 19.95 credit report from CrediReport.com.
They charged me 9.95 extra for the viewing of three scores. They also charged me $40.00 for "Monitoring" which I never recieved. I called and asked for the refund for the $40.00 but they said that I clicked on this option for "monitoring". I am a very computer/internet savvy individual and I am very careful when it comes to purchasing online. And I am absolutely sure that I did not click on this optional item. However, they just said that I DID click on it and that my grace period of 10 days has passed for refund. Rediculous!!! I would have a less of an argument if I recieved those reports but I never did. But they told me that it must have been filtered in my junk mail filter. This cannot be because I've recieved emails from them about my registration and I check my junk mail regularly. And only explaination I have of this is that I have been scammed.

This company is full of deceit. I strongly recommend that you don't fall into their traps.
