On 03/26 I applied for a credit card online. After speaking with my wife, I decided to cancel the card. I paid $159.00 for the card. The representative told me that I could not receive a refund or credit back to my account. They stated that the card was already in the process of being made. One week later, I called again thinking that I might gat a different response. The representative told me the same thing and I stated "you mean the card costs $159.00 to make and the representative stated yes.
