NACC - My Credit Counselor - ripoff credit consolidation company didn't make timely payments credit consolidation company will not fix mistakes very unprofessional

This company agreed to help me pay off three credit cards. They received their money from me every month, but did not make the payments on time. I now have late payments shown on my credit report, which they refuse to help with. I was told that they would do "nothing" to assist me. I have filed complaints, but to no avail.

Do not use these people. They will NOT help you. They can instead hurt the very credit they say they are there to improve.
