Ripoff Unable to reach them to inquire about why payments to creditors are late

I attempted to email, but they had no email address. Rather than call long distance I checked out the web site again to make sure I had correct info on the company I picked out of many available for debt consolidation. This is when I found a site that said Visual Credit is a Rip Off!

Apparently there have been troubles with late pays or not paying creditors at all and having this go back on your own credit rating with dire consequences. Other consumers report that they take your EFT payments but do not make any to your creditors.

Can any one else verify this and if so why is it continuing to be unresolved?
