I had a fraud account from another company washington mutual said they would take care of this after i submitted the information they credited me the money and i submitted the proper paperwork to them if you can believe this 4 times and they kept claiming they dont have the paperwork, im sorry but the us mail does not lose things 4 times, so they ended up taking their money back, this company is nothing but a bunch of crooks and i would not reccomend anyone opening an account with them. Im closing mine.
