Ripoff Does not provide payout info on mortgages in a timely fashion ripoff business from hell

I am trying to buy a house that they carry the mortgage on.instead of immmediately giving us the info so that we can pass papers, they are making us wait over a week for the info so they can earn extra interest on the account. Multiply this by thousands of customers and the interest adds up.

These are the little things that don't show up when you are applying. If this is the kind of customer service they offer, who needs them. They are in 27 states, so don't let the address above fool you.
