Dishonest unfair fraudulent foreclosure poor record keeping this company needs to be stopped or sued Ripoff

This company was told in Dec that my grandmother had passed, I was executor, and they now needed to speak/correspond to myself or my boyfriend. We sent death certificate, change of address, etc. (via fax and mail).
Now, out of nowhere, we find out by 3rd party that wants to buy my grandmother's house that Option One is forclosing and we were never told. Nobody called, no mail has been received, we have been making the payments and were in contact with them the one or two times payment was going to be a little late. We also called them just before sending them $2000 to bring acct up to date and again they said nothing - this was last month!!!
Now they claim they have no change of address (even though at 1st the mail was being sent to us correctly!), they claim they have no death certificate, (even though it has been faxed and mailed to them!), they sent back our check (which we have not rcvd back! And even though they certainly cashed all of the other checks up until April!).

To make matters worse, we cannot get an answer as to what to do about any of it. This is the most corrupt, screwed up bunch of idiots doing business on the planet. 49 complaints out of 103 should get somebody's attention, you think!?!?!?!? Can you say civil action suit? Count me in please because I'm ready to sue these idiots too.
