Ripoff attempting to collect for a non existent debt

I received a notice of collection from this company for a supossed 'Holiday Spa Of California' bill for $494.00, The problem is I am a full time college student and single parent. I have never had or even considered a gym membership #1 I dont have the time #2 I dont have the money #3If and that is If I should find time to go to a gym, I have access to the gym on my college campus for free!!! Why the heck would I sign up for Holiday Spa? Are these people on crack?
So i try to call them... I get disconnected or routed to a voicemail, even when I call the direct line. These people do not have tghe ability to contact them. My schedule is crazy, I have over 17 units right now and finals all next week. What can I do to get rid of these fraudsters? Any ideas?
