They're ripping us off Say we owe more than we do and pulling stall tatics

I fell behing in my mortgage due to job loss and slow down of spouse's business. So now all I want to do is get it caught up.

Well I found out only because I received a Summons from the court that America's Servicing Company had my house in foreclosure. I've offered to send them money and they refuse to take it.

All I want to do is work out a payment plan to get my mortgage caught up. I finally got intouch with someone that would work with me and they told me to fax my paperwork for example: Hardship letter, pay stubs and other financial papers. Well to make a short story short I sent it once and they said they didn't get it. I faxed it again, which I'm keeping track of dates and time of the reps and times of faxes I sent, and they're still saying they didn't receive it. They gave me three fax numbers and I faxed to all three. Well the third time I faxed it and I mailed them a copy of the paperwork overnight knowing they received it.

Then they finally admitted they received it and it will take 30 to 45 days to process. So that I don't mind, but now they're still threating to take my house and I can't afford to move. They only have my second mortgage another company has my first and they were more than willing to help me out. I know I owe them the money, but now they are saying I owe them more than was told previously and they wanted it all up from. I can't afford to pay them the whole thing up front but I'm willing to make double payments if I have too.

Is there anyone out there that can give me advise in what I can do. I found a job making good money working 7 days a week. I am fighting to keep my house I don't want to lose it. I won't give up. I just need to find an attorney that can help me.
