Robert Green, Ripoff commits fraud and breach of contract with investment he was given for money for the opening of new locations And Palm Springs

I invested money in Robert Green/Body Factory for the development of his second Bodyfactory store in Santa Monica California. I purchased two points. The location was to be in in an existing location on Third Street Promendade and Santa Monica Blvd. This location never happened and he then used my money to purchase a vacation home in Palm Springs and open the second Bodyfactory store nearby. My contract is ONLY with the Santa Monica location and which is stated on the contract. I have asked for my money back on numerous occassions and he will not return my money... Or my phone calls. The last thing Robert Green said to me was "get a lawyer". I am now out over $40,000 plus ongoing legal fees.
