Ripoff, takes money and uses it to their advantage

I have read many of these stories with Homecomings Financial and mine is exactly the same. My husband was out of work with a broken wrist and i fell 2 weeks behind I was working with a man there and he was very nice but when i went to check my status which was every week or so they told me he never existed and i have a typed letter from him! They also tell me my payments of $1200 a month every month they pay my taxes and insurance total so i owe 1200 again for that month or the previous month. Or they say it all went to principle and interest. I have had to come up with $1600, $2700, $3600 all in a month or two. My money sits in escrow because now they won't except it again. SO here we go foreclosed on again and credit score knocked down. I was at a 650 score and they destroyed it in 2 weeks! Oh yeah i have a balloon payment too NOT! I have had many repurable people see my payments made and can't believe this! I even send them western union quick collect every month it gets there in 15 min. But if they chose to send it back they do anytime they want. Please help me i can't do this anymore it has been 4 years with them and 2 years of heartache.
