Tried to overcharge us the broker fee on a refinance ripoff

Chris Doughterty worked with us for a refinance of our home. We explained to him our credit situation, but he insisted he could refinance us. However, it took over 3 months and his and his company First Integra Funding behavior bordered on harrassment.

At closing he wanted to charge us over $6000.00 because it took him so long to close our loan. However, we live in NJ a low finance state and he was only able to charge $2550.00 Now he wants us to send him a check for $3800.00 in addition. We believe this is illegal in the state of NJ. We are not sending the money to him.
