Ripoff false forclosure delayed payments extra fees for attorneys

I want to report that this company is a load of lies and misleading info. THey also lack written notification of anything until it is to late to do anything. They bough are original loan and have been taking us for a ride ever since.

They never had the correct address on out account and would hold payments for weeks with no explanation. So after many calls to them we decided to write them a letter and tell them that we could not keep sending them payments with out a proper statement mailed to our address, verification of the change of address and a reason for our payments being held for so long.

At this point we were unsure that are payments were even going to the right account. We recieved a letter stating that they changed our address and how much we owed in March we sent them a payment beginning of April end of March and never heard another thing. No statements, no calls nothing.

Then May 1st 2006 a man showed up at our door with a foreclosure statement. We are now officially in active foreclosure and they are trying to take us to the cleaners and by the way they never cashed that check we sent them. They never sent it back or sent us anything saying they had not cashed it they simple held on to it.

We would have been in compliance with our loan if they had cashed that payment. If we had known it was cashed then we would have sent another payment and been caught up we just didn't know what was going on with the first payment and with all the problems we were having with them we didn't want checks floating around un cashed.

So now they want us to do a repayment plan that includes all our past owing amount which is fine and we have that to pay them but they also want over 3,000.00 in legal fees and the like payed with our payment over the next 3 months or they are going to foreclose on us anyway.

This company is crooked and I can see by other postings I am not the only person they have done this too. I will be calling and arguing with them for the next month untill they drop their so called legal fees. They are the ones still in control of the loan and the repayment plan so how do they have any fees? Their collection companies, and attorneys are all on retainer and they are trying to charge us for what they assume it costs to screw us over.

Well it isn't going to happen they are going to except are payment and we will be all caught up and then we are going to look to refinance through some one else and worn every one we know to never deal with these people if they can avoid it.
