Ripoff

I thought I would get a "real" credit card that could be used anywhere, so when I recieved a card to order from their catalog I called the "800" number, they told me to complain at the other phone number which had a toll charge and an unsually long wait on hold. When I reached a representative, she told me a "Major Credit Card" would follow, in the mail. It never came. I feel ripped off and would like my money back. DonnaSan Andreas, California
