Associates Visa
Went against their terms and conditions on the credit card and said it was my fault

I made a payment on my visa card, which took my account into credit, which it states on there terms and conditions is ok.
When I called to check my balance to make sure the payment had cleared, I was informed that it had cleared but it did not show up on my available to spend.
I contacted associates about this, and was told that they had put a block on my account, and I was not allowed to use it. When I asked why? They told me it was because I had gone into credit and my account.
I explained to them it was so I could make a large purchase (my honeymoon), I was told nothing they could do, and I would have to wait 10 days before I could use my card, and that they will send me a check for the amount I was in credit.
They informed me that I was not allowed to go into credit on my card, when I informed them that it states in the terms and conditions, that they even pay interest on credit balances, they said that I had gone to far into credit, and that the terms and conditions are not clear enough, as they dont state anywhere how much credit you can go into.
